1. Use the address below and credentials in our vault to login to the BeyondTrust website for Holliday Rock.

2. Click on the LAUNCH PRVILEGED WEB ACCESS CONSOLE button.



3. Press the ACTIVE [ON] button for the server you need a connection to.


JONEL is the web server and SQL01 is the database server.



4. Press the JUMP button on the right-hand pane.



5. Press the OK button on the modal dialog. The Request Reason text box can be left empty.



6. Select a duration and press the Send button.


The Duration is the amount of time you'll be connected to the server. I'll typically select 8 hours to allow me to connect up later in the day if needed.



7. An email will be sent to Freshdesk when the connection time has been approved. Remember to Close the issue that was created by the email.


8. Press the DISMISS button on the message box.



9. Press the JUMP button on the right-hand pane to open SCREEN SHARING.



10. Press the key icon on the toolbar to login using the Administrator account.

 


11. Select Administrator Login (Administrator) and press the OK button.



12. The keystrokes and mouse movements are slow and delayed in the web browser connection. Once connected, open the TeamViewer dialog in the system tray at the bottom right-hand side of the Windows desktop. Use the TeamViewer ID and password to connect up for a faster experience.
